Shipping
costs are calculated based on amount purchased and are valid for
shipments in the continental United States. Pricing is based on
published rates for these services.

Delivery Time
Most
orders ship within 1-2 business days of order receipt, some may take a
bit longer. Please let us know the date of your event so we can
expedite your order if necessary. If there are any problems with your
order, we will contact you to discuss other options.

Order Processing Time
Usually order processing time is 1-2 business days.

Shipping Time
Packages
are shipped Monday thru Friday. UPS Ground orders can take anywhere
from 2-6 days depending on your location. Our products are shipped out
of our warehouse located in Brooklyn, New York. Please specify your event date to ensure timely delivery.

Undeliverable Orders

Please note that if your package is returned to us due to the following reasons:

a. Refused by Recipient
b. Unclaimed
c. Invalid Address
d. Addressee Not Known
e. Insufficient Address

The
order will be canceled and subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Please
note shipping charges and processing fees such as: discreet packaging,
express service, and insurance are non-refundable.

a. UPS Ground - 3-5 bus. days
b. UPS 2nd Day - 2 bus. days
c. UPS Overnight - 1 bus. day

Return and Order cancellation Policies
We
will gladly accept any returns within 14 days of our shipping the item
to you. Shipping fees are non refundable unless we shipped you the
wrong order in its entirety. Returns must be unused and in their
original packaging. Please call for an RMA# before shipping items back. We will not process any orders without an RMA Number issued by us.

Any
return sent to us without an RMA will be subject to a 30% restocking
fee (this includes refused shipments). All returns will be subject to a
20% restocking fee plus any shipping charges or other charges that we
incur because of the return. We will not refund any shipping costs. We
will not refund you for any opened packages.

Orders canceled before an order ships will be subject to a 5% processing fee to cover cost incurred by Paperific.com.

Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.
